Episode 1
I always wake up before dawn. My body clock does it naturally. The world is quiet and everything is at peace. As the first golden glow breaks the horizon, the world slowly comes to life. This is my morning routine that I feel intimate to share with you all. It’s my way to say Good morning to some of you. Good afternoon and Good evening to the rest. Wherever you are, and whenever you listen to this, welcome to the SOUNSEL podcast.
Feel good to wake up
Episode 2
Voice notes are efficient. Everyone is just a button away - we hold the button, say our message, release the button, and it’s sent. As we become aware of the energy we pour into the words we speak, and of how our body system resonates with the sound vibration especially when we are quiet, we honour our voice and use it wisely. Leaving a voice message here is like journalling my thoughts. It’s intimate to share it with you. May my love and blessings reach you, through every note I deliver.

Episode 3
A Lineage in Bloom
This is a story of a woman. She once had a bright future ahead. She sacrificed it to grow her children in her body. When support was scarce, she looked after them the only way she knew how. She reserved no time to care for her fatigue and burnout, until pain manifested itself in physical form. It’s her first time as a mother in this lifetime, when she was once just a daughter of another mother. What if the past, the present and the future, all existed simultaneously in ways that one thought-form of compassion could offer profound healing across time and space? What if one thought-form of compassion sent to one mother could spread across the whole humanity?
Episode 4
From Mum guilt to mum
grace
Feeling bad about feeling bad is like invalidating your experiences all at once. It’s a distorted belief that you’ve done something wrong and you blame yourself for having these feelings. There’s no such thing as a bad feeling. Feelings swing like a pendulum. Everything is temporary and dynamic. It’s a grace to feel the full range of emotions. The feelings do not invalidate you as a mother. It’s normal to feel our feelings as a human.
Episode 5
Say Yes To Life
Life is composed of a range of feelings.
Let our heart be soft, and that’s all we do. When thoughts come in, no judgement. Give ourselves permission to let them go. When there is discomfort, no judgement. Give our heart the permission to open deeper.
From The Wordless Teaching in Tao Te Ching to Thich Nhat Hanh’s sayings, we are reminded that we are the breath-energy of heaven and earth. We don’t have to force anything. We simply give life the permission to flow through us. Say yes to both comfort and discomfort. Say yes to both bliss and pain. And find the middle way.
Episode 6
A Tribute to A Mother’s Journey
A mother carries the sun in her hands, her voice a vessel for lullabies that outlast silence. The mother, the grandmothers, the great grandmothers – woven into the breath of the earth, soft power rooted deep in the soil of time. Every pulse of our own voice, every echo of our heart, is a note in the song that’s begun in them. Today we honour the thread of maternal strength, whispered across generations.
A soft presence for Migraine relief
Episode 7
Pain is only one of the many ways that our body tries to tell us how it feels. But unfortunately not many of us are willing to slow down and listen to it. We blame it and judge it that pain is a bad thing. Like Dobby in Harry Potter. “Bad Dobby. Dobby must punish. Dobby Bad.” We resist the sensation. We punish it, and we punish ourselves for the experience. The more we resist pain, the more we suffer. Today we’ll learn not to resist it anymore. We make room for it. We allow it to be there.
